The 4D PRO® sling trainer is designed for six basic exercises, based on which you can perform more than 100 additional exercises which we refer to as the advanced stages.
Four of the basic exercises are described and demonstrated in detail on a DVD that comes in your 4D PRO® package when you purchase the sling trainer.

Sling training Exercise 1
The first basic exercise focuses on the trunk, stomach and shoulders.
Sling training Exercise 2
The second basic exercise focuses on the posterior trunk muscles, and strengthens the back and shoulders.

The third basic exercise focuses on the lower back and legs.

The fourth basic exercise focuses on the abdominal muscles.
