Therese Alshammar’s Historic Journey to her 6th Olympic Games

Therese Alshammar (SWE) has definitely been the Grande Dame of swimming in Rio 2016. With her historic 6th Olympic qualification and a strong run into the Semis of the ladies‘ 50-Free event, she has earned the respect of the swimming world. Her land-based training program was written by 4D PRO inventor, Dr. Dr. Gharavi. „You cannot condition a 38 year-old body the same as a 20 year-old. Precision and speed – especially of the eccentric components – deserve a more careful attention than they do in a younger athlete.“, says Gharavi.
